- Verification: Reviewing monitoring reports and confirming the accuracy of emission reductions or removals.
- Certification: Formal confirmation that a project meets the Program’s standards.

2. Proprietary Information within Project Materials
Certain information within the Documents is explicitly deemed Proprietary Information. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Names of individual landowners or project personnel
- Contact Information (email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses) of individuals associated with the project
- Specific acreage details of the project site (including exact locations, parcel numbers, GPS coordinates, and physical addresses)
- Detailed financial terms and conditions outlined in contracts
- Proprietary business information (such as ranch income and expenses, animals bought/sold, employee compensation or staffing levels)
3. Restrictions on Use of Proprietary Information
Third parties granted access to the Documents acknowledge and agree that this Proprietary Information is made available strictly for the limited purposes stated in Section 1 of this Part. Any other use is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

- External reporting outside the scope of validation, verification, certification, or audit for Nature’s Registry

All information contained within the Documents is presumed to be the property of the respective Project Developer. Nature’s Registry’s provision of access is solely to facilitate the integrity and transparency of the Program. Nature’s Registry implements reasonable, commercially available security measures to protect the Documents from unauthorized access and misuse. Third-party reviewers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information they access and for ensuring its secure handling.
